1. Service Description

Narciss ("Service") provides AI-powered facial aesthetic analysis for entertainment and informational purposes only. The Service analyzes uploaded photographs and generates aesthetic assessments based on algorithmic analysis.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Results are not medical advice, professional consultation, or diagnostic assessments. Beauty is subjective and culturally variable. Do not make medical, surgical, or lifestyle decisions based solely on results from this Service.

3. No Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical advice. Any suggestions regarding procedures, treatments, or interventions are general information only. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals, board-certified dermatologists, or plastic surgeons before considering any cosmetic procedures.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • You may only upload photographs of yourself or with explicit consent from the subject
  • You agree not to upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
  • You understand that uploaded images are processed by AI and may be temporarily stored for analysis

5. Payment Terms

  • One free analysis is provided per user per 24-hour period
  • Additional analyses cost $1 USD per analysis
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All sales are final; however, refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical failures
  • If analysis fails after payment due to technical issues, you may retry unlimited times with the same session ID at no additional charge

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided if the Service fails to deliver an analysis after payment due to technical issues on our end. To request a refund, contact support with your session ID. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Emotional distress or psychological harm from analysis results
  • Decisions made based on analysis results
  • Outcomes of any procedures or treatments undertaken based on suggestions
  • Loss of data or service interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific analysis in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of uploaded photographs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the analysis. We do not store, sell, or share your images.

10. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
